Abstract Submission Guidelines

Open to researchers, practitioners, students, and professionals working in the field of pediatrics and child health.

Both original research and innovative clinical practices are encouraged.

Abstract Submission Requirements

  • Title: The title of the abstract should be concise and descriptive.
  • Authors & Affiliations: Include the full names, degrees, and affiliations of all authors.

Abstract Body:

  • Background/Introduction (150-200 words)
  • Objectives of the Study/Research (50-100 words)
  • Methods (150-200 words)
  • Results (150-200 words)
  • Conclusion (150-200 words)
  • Word Limit: Maximum 500-700 words for the entire abstract (including title, authors, and affiliations).
  • Keywords: Include 3-5 relevant keywords for indexing purposes.
  • Figures/Tables: Optional, but should not exceed one figure/table.
  • Submission Format: Abstracts must be submitted in .docx or .pdf format.

Submission Instructions

  • Submit your abstract via the conference submission portal
  • All abstracts must be received by 30 April 2026
  • Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee based on relevance, originality, clarity, and scientific quality.

Review & Selection Process

  • Abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of pediatricians, researchers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Accepted abstracts will be considered for oral presentations, poster sessions, or virtual presentations (if applicable).
  • The authors of selected abstracts will be notified by 18 May 2026

Important Dates

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 30th April 2026
  • Notification of Acceptance: 18th may 2026
  • Conference Date: 1-2 June,2026

Presentation Formats

  • Oral Presentation: Presenters will be given 10-15 minutes to present followed by a Q&A session.
  • Poster Presentation: Authors will be allocated space for poster display and will be required to present their findings during dedicated poster sessions.

  • All accepted presenters must register for the conference by 30th April 2026
  • Discounted registration rates are available for abstract presenters.
